Padded coat from issey miyake line "windcoat" (circa 1990s), made from soft blend of nylon and poly most striking for its wrinkled surface finish. Has three button front placket, with large hood and angled welt pockets at side. Outer fabric is brown, but lined in similarly-wrinkled cream-y beige, parts of which are visible when garment is worn (eg collar when hood is down, perhaps front placket and cuff edge. Coat probably not intended as reversible (no buttons on reverse side), but finished cleanly enough that could be worn that way.
